1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing or using the Troca Figurinhas app ("App" or "Service"), you fully agree with these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any provision, do not use the App.

These terms constitute a legal agreement between you and CAIO IA INFORMATICA LTDA ("we", "our").

2. Description of Service

The Troca Figurinhas app allows you to:

  • Manage a personal sticker collection (980 items identified by number)
  • Track progress and identify missing or duplicate stickers
  • Trade peer-to-peer (P2P) with other users via QR Code, fully offline
  • Reserve stickers for arranged exchanges with friends
  • Export the collection to PDF

The service runs 100% offline. No servers, accounts, login or cloud backup.

3. Non-affiliation disclaimer

Troca Figurinhas is not affiliated, sponsored, endorsed or in any way associated with FIFA, Panini or any official sports organization, federation, club or sticker brand.

Stickers in the App are identified exclusively by numbers (1 to 980), without reproducing logos, crests, badges, player photographs or any content protected by copyright or trademark. Country flags are public-domain images.

The App is a generic collection management tool, comparable to a digital spreadsheet. The user is responsible for the physical stickers they own and are organizing.

4. In-App Purchases (IAP)

The App offers a single optional one-time purchase: Lifetime Premium for R$ 9.90 (base price in Brazil; equivalent value in other countries per store pricing).

  • Unlimited trades with any partner
  • (Free version allows 5 trades per unique partner)

4.2. Payment processing

Purchases are processed exclusively by Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). We do not have access to your payment data.

Refunds follow Apple and Google policies. Request directly:

Premium is a one-time, non-recurring purchase. No automatic monthly, annual or recurring billing.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code
  • Use the App for illegal activities or that violate third-party rights
  • Resell or commercialize Premium access
  • Modify the App without express authorization
  • Use the trading system to defraud other users

6. Intellectual property

The source code, design, "Troca Figurinhas" brand and all visual elements of the App are property of CAIO IA INFORMATICA LTDA. The 48 country flags are public domain (referenced via country-flag-icons library).

Sticker numbers (1 to 980) are generic numerical values not subject to copyright protection.

7. Limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by Brazilian law:

  • We do not guarantee the App will be free from bugs or interruptions
  • We are not responsible for trades arranged via QR Code that do not materialize physically between users
  • We are not responsible for data loss caused by app uninstall, device change or hardware failure
  • We recommend exporting your collection to PDF periodically as backup

8. Privacy

Personal data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect app changes, legal requirements or new features. The "Last updated" date indicates the most recent change. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction of the Controller's domicile (CAIO IA INFORMATICA LTDA), with express waiver of any other.
